What kinds of insights can ayora deliver, and how?

Ayora can identify (i) when a matter is likely to be approaching budget (even if no good budget data is recorded), (ii) when it’s likely time to issue a bill (even when that is not recorded or even explicitly pre-agreed), and (iii) when credit control are struggling to collect an overdue invoice and your might be able to help.

Ayora delivers its insights via your firm’s existing communication channels. The default is email, but we can also make ayora available via MS Teams or other channels on request.

How does ayora generate its insights?

Ayora uses proprietary machine learning models and some of the world’s most powerful LLMs to analyse matter status based on law firm matter data. Ayora’s recommendations are based on your firm's time entry, billing and collections data.

What kind of actions can users take via ayora?

Users can instruct internal actions (e.g. billing guide preparation), review budgets, billing, and collections history, and generate draft client correspondence pertaining to budgets and bills. They can also delegate matters to colleagues (they will retain an ability to monitor status).

Does ayora replace our existing systems?

No! Think of ayora as your fee earners’ very own finance assistant who monitors your firm’s existing systems for them.

How do you securely implement ayora?

Implementing ayora is straightforward and takes only a couple of weeks. We establish connectivity with your relevant systems (either via an API or via an SFTP transfer) and map your data fields to our data model. We are ISO27001-certified and follow strict security measures at every step of the way.
